Linear and non-linear spectral analysis of offshore lattice structures
Hartnett, Michael
THESIS 5850 Most of the offshore structures that are used in oil and gas exploration and production are lattice jacket structures. Until recently these structures have been sited in relatively shallow water, however, the trend now is to exploit the oil and gas resources in deep water. This dissertation addresses the spectral response of lattice structure in shallow and deep waters by developing linear and non-linear approaches respectively
