A Polypyrrole/Sulfonated Calixarene Modified Electrode for the Electochemical Detection of Dopamine

Ìn this thesis, the development of a p-sulfonatocalix[4]arene (C4S) doped polypyrrole (PPy-C4S)modified electrode for the electrochemical detection ofdopamine (DA) is reported. the physical and electrochemical characteristics of the PPy-C4S film are discussed, the oxidation of DA and the PPy-C4S modified electrode is investigated and the mode in which DA us detected at this modified electrode is explored.
